Consultation/Radiographic Report

Cervical, Thoracic and Lumbar Spine:
There is straightening of the normal lordotic curvature of the cervical spine most likely representing altered biomechanics or muscle spasm. Noted in the Flexion Extension views there appears to be a motion translation of C4. There appears to be some anterior head weighting. There is a moderate right curvature from T12 to T5 and a mild curvature to the left from T4 to T1. There is a mild left curvature from SR to L1. The vertebral bodies maintain good alignment, and the disc spaces are preserved without fracture, dislocation, bone destruction or cyst, degenerative changes, spondylolisthesis, soft-tissue abnormalities, or foreign body.

Impression:
Cervical Hypolordosis. Thoracic Scoliosis. Lumbar Scoliosis.

Numerous improprieties were identified on the biomechanical report. Please see the biomechanical report for additional findings.

Continued conservative treatment is recommended.
